In India, black tea has been mixed with various spices for centuries. The Edelmond Chai is not a tea, but based on organic cocoa beans. Cinnamon, cardamom, spices and fruits give the cocoa drink a great aroma. As in India, this chai also tastes very good when it is simply prepared with water. It is then rounded off with milk, vegan milk or cream. The good cocoa butter makes it smooth and creamy.
