Edelmond is a family business - Thomas and Ludmila Michel are the founders of this organic chocolate manufacturer.

It all started with Ludmila and Thomas' shared vision of developing exquisite organic and fair trade chocolate and reviving good old traditions and craft techniques. The company is located in southern Brandenburg, Germany.

According to traditional recipes, the handmade chocolate products of Edelmond masters are made in the company from cocoa beans to the finished chocolate bar (bean to bar).
At the Edelmond chocolate factory, the best fair trade Grand Cru organic cocoa beans from their countries of origin are processed and masterfully refined with selected components into organically pure and fair trade chocolate.

Due to manual and time-consuming processes, Edelmond can only produce a limited amount of chocolate. The company also emphasizes the freshness of organic chocolate as one of the guarantees of the great taste of Edelmond. Therefore, you will not find Edelmond products in large stores, you can only order them via the Internet.
